Yes, I had to work today, but it's dead slow. The mall we're attached to closed early, and I don't understand why we didn't, too. Oh well. We're making time and a half (along with holiday pay) to basically do nothing. There's over an hour left to go and I think there are maybe three customers in the whole store. We'll be done and out of here fast as soon as we can lock the doors.

UAE people celebrate their UAE national day on 2nd of December every year. In July 1971, six of the Trucial States (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Umm al-Quwain, Ajman, and Fujairah) agreed on a Federal Constitution for achieving independence as the United Arab Emirates. The UAE became independent on 2nd December 1971. 47th UAE National Day 2018 is a day of happiness throughout United Arab Emirates.
