This is a giant display in front my neighbor's house. Every other house in this neighborhood has something Halloween-ish on display, but this is my favorite. Look how big it is! And it changes colors, too. It goes from white to purple to dark and then back to white.
BOO!!!
Oh My Goodness this is so much fun ! What clever people.
ReplyDeleteI love it.
cheers, parsnip
We enjoy our nightly walks with the dogs, checking out all the fun decorations! :)
DeleteThat is Good! What is it made of? Is it a ballon type decoration?
ReplyDeleteIt's a giant inflatable things that has air blowing up into it and lights inside to make the color effects.
DeleteWhat's your display like?
ReplyDeletePretty slack since our landlord is having the house painted and it's dragging on and on and on! I have one plastic grinning pumpkin with an LED light inside on our front steps. So far, that's it.
DeleteThat's pretty creepy, but not in a bad way.
ReplyDeleteLove,
Janie
We enjoy looking at it at night when we walk past.
DeleteI do sort of like Halloween decorations. I mean...sort of.
ReplyDeleteI like it when anyone goes over the top decorating for holidays...Halloween, Christmas, Easter, whatever. I admire all the work that goes into making a big display for the enjoyment of passers-by!
DeleteGosh, I hadn't even thought about Halloweeeeeeeeen yet.
ReplyDeleteIt's almost heeeeeerrrre!
DeleteNot so much as a pumpkin in our little corner of the world. Maybe I should get my broomstick out.
ReplyDeleteAnd a witch's hat! I have a glittery purple one somewhere that I might wear to work on Halloween.
DeleteIt would have really, really scared me as a kid.
ReplyDeleteI said that very thing to Gregg when we first saw it!
DeleteI love this!
ReplyDeleteHalloween! Halloween!
ReplyDeleteScariest time you've ever seen
Ghosts and witches and skeletons too
All of them will be chasing you!
Is that something you learned at your American summer camp, YP? :)
DeleteNope. It's something I just made up for Halloween fanatics everywhere. I spent ages working on this little ditty as I am sure you can tell Steve.
DeleteAnother winning poem YP!
DeleteAn excellent display! I'm not seeing much Halloween stuff around my house. Not yet, anyway.
ReplyDeleteA friend of mine that works in a library has put up (on the circulation desk) construction paper zombies and the words, "Want brains? READ A BOOK" Hahaha. I thought of you when I saw it!
