Happy Halloween!

This is what Halloween looks like at our house! We had a few trick or treaters last night, and I imagine we may have a few more tonight as well. Just inside the open door on the right, in the foyer, Husband set up a coffee table with a mosaic pumpkin candleholder, several gold mosaic hurricane candleholders, and big bowls of candy. The candlelight sparkling through the mosaic glass made our candy table look magical! We got lots of oohs and ahhhs. Since only a handful of houses were giving out candy we were very generous. We gave each child a good handful of treats! We had mixed miniature candy bars (Reece's cups, Kit Kats, Almond Joys, Whoppers, plain Hershey Bars), Nerds, Laffy Taffy, and Tootsie pops.

My favorite trio of trick or treaters? Scarlett O'Hara, a Ninja, and a toddler Bear. Sooo cute! We also had a Mummy show up that was pretty cool too. I do hope we see a few more kids tonight! We have plenty of candy left over and after all, today is Halloween!

I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday, full of magic and mystery and fun!
