Euripides was right. When people are down or troubled, many so-called friends shrink away. But when you are on the crest of a wave everybody wants to be your friend.
I would like to think that real friends show their love at ALL times.
Very true, and what Cro says, is also true - it's just clearer to discern who is a true friend and who isn't during those times of trouble.
