  1. For me, it's ham. It wouldn't be Easter without ham.
I wish I didn't love the pig so much.

    1. We don't have a Korean restaurant anywhere within driving distance. I've never tried it, but I'll bet it's good!

  3. For me it's Turkey. It wouldn't be a pukka Easter without a roasted Turkey on the table. I can hardly wait.

    1. No one around here eats turkey for Easter (that I've ever heard of anyway). Ham is traditional. Fried chicken, too!

  4. Chocolate, definitely! But Easter also means Maultaschen (a traditional Swabian dish) for me, we had my Mum's home-made ones last night at my parents' for dinner.

  5. Your two choices are not familiar traditions for me. I'm enjoying the new Spanish traditions. I always hated marshmallow PEEPS, but I'm oddly craving them this year. Maybe because they can't be found here.

    1. They were for sale in the Easter candy display at my local supermarket. I'd never seen them either. Peeps are kind of gross....which you'd quickly remember if you tasted one! I do, however love the Peep Diorama contests that go on at this time of year!

  6. I used to love eating my kids' Easter eggs when they were young, they didn't like chocolate that much.

  7. May I suggest that you hide these eggs away in case Greedy Gregg (whose name rhymes with "egg"!) dives into the bowl and scoffs the lot before you have had a chance to get stuck in.

    1. Hi Laurie! The gold eggs are the Butterfingers. They are basically milk chocolate with BF candy pieces embedded inside! Yum!
