Ha-ha! That's clever - playing around with the spelling. In England we first called them "continental quilts", it was not until the very end of the sixties that the term "duvet" elbowed its way in.

Hee hee! Will you shoot me if I tell you it's currently 68˚ here and supposed to be 70s the rest of the week?

No, because after a week of lows in the teens, we'll be back up to the mid 70's for highs by the end of this week. Crazy SC weather!

I. Love. That. Poem.
Yeah. Supposed to get up to 76 here tomorrow. Weather whiplash.

We will have a high of 33° today and it is raining/sleeting so there is a bit of ice out there. Ugh! Love that sweet poem, Jennifer!

Love the poem! Some days are duvet days. We all need warmth and the current temperature swings and weather patterns are causing havoc. Spring is getting closer each day. Hold that thought.

I don't know who loves duvets more, me or any of my cats. I always swore they could hear the swoosh of the duvet landing on the bed from a mile down the street.

Love it! My bed is certainly my favourite place at home, followed closely by my yellow armchair and the shower. This time of year, my duvet is rarely alone; a thick blanket is usually on top of it.
