I finished the wreath for the front door. It now has more greenery, a bow, and lights. I'm happy with it!
Yesterday I started another wreath made with clove-studded dried orange slices, cinnamon sticks, tiny pinecones, and sprigs of fir and rosemary. It's not done yet, but here's a picture of a small bit of it to give you the general idea.
And here are some photos of my neighbors' houses, all lit up for Christmas. The t-rex with antlers is my favorite!

Your wreaths are of course works of art. I wish we lived closer and I could buy one from you for our front door... if you were even taking orders. You are so talented. The Christmas T-Rex! No Christmas is complete without it.

I love using all natural elements to decorate with. And it smells wonderful. I love your new wreath!!! I spent the weekend decorating and doing the outdoor lights.

Funny that. I knew that there were cattle and sheep and a donkey or two in that stable when Mary was pushing Jesus into the world but I do not recall there being a Tyrannosaurus Rex. Perhaps you have a different nativity story in America. Was Big Foot there too and maybe a grizzly bear?

I've had a lot of fun working with simple things--sprigs of pine and fir, cinnamon sticks, orange slices dried in the dehydrator and stuck with cloves. I'm enjoying using simple natural things to decorate with. The excess of Christmas usually gives me hives!

We spent the weekend doing the same kinds of projects! I wish we could have sat at a big table together and crafted some stuff. Of course we would have had large gin & tonics and glasses of wine while we worked. ;) Wouldn't that be FUN?!
I love the t-rex so much! There's another green dinosaur (maybe a brontosaurus?) beside it. The couple that live there are middle aged but have a four-year-old son (surprise menopause baby!) so I imagine he's a dinosaur fan. :)
Big Foot, Sasquatch, the Jersey Devil, a grizzly bear, and The Lizard Man of South Carolina were all in attendance!
I'm really loving the one with dried orange slices--it's so pretty when the sun shines through it! It also has cinnamon sticks, rosemary sprigs, cloves, pine--so it smells wonderful, too.
