*** Quick FYI....the plants are much more natural shades of green than you would think by looking at this video. The angle of my phone while I recorded it made their colors look a bit "off". Also, you can hear George barking outside for background music!

Catfish Party!
For those who have asked to see some of our aquariums, here is a link to one of the videos I've uploaded to YouTube. It's a peek into our 120 gallon planted aquarium. I focused entirely on the bottom of the tank where, as you will see, a whole lot of catfish live peacefully together. Enjoy!

When Brother and I were young we had small aquariums and the small catfish. I loved them the best. We had Cory or Tiger ? catfish.
ReplyDeleteLove George adding the background music. Woof !
cheers, parsnip
Woof! Woof!
DeleteThose are peaceful creatures. Do you find yourself watching them a lot? It would be hard not to. Very relaxing.
ReplyDeleteWith two 120 gallon aquariums and a 55 gallon in the house it's difficult NOT to spend a lot of time watching them. :)
DeleteVery peaceful. I would rather watch your aquarium than "Star Wars".
ReplyDeleteWe would too!
DeleteIt is hypnotic and relaxing watching your fish and the gentle sway of the water plants. That sounds like a huge aquarium; when I was a child I had a small aquarium and always had a catfish, they are so cute.
ReplyDeleteWe have a total of 295 gallons worth of aquariums in this house. Aquariums are my husband's life!
DeleteI said I would have my son's tropical tank here while he moved house last December......needless to say I still have it, and I have to clean it! There are 2 very pretty catfish. (Spotted, with orange edges to their front fins.). I used to have a tropical tank years ago, and always liked the various catfish that I had. Never seen the yellow ones that you have.
ReplyDeleteThat is so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. I was given my first aquarium at age ten and have never been without. We only have a 55 gallon planted aquarium now but enjoy it all the same. Love your albino bufflenosed plekostamus.
ReplyDeleteI had three 10-gallon tanks until I went away to school. I loved them. I only had plastic plants unfortunately. Yours looks beautiful... But, couldn't he have closed the bathroom door?!? All that pee-ing!
ReplyDeleteIt all looks so soothing and stress relieving.
ReplyDeleteThose are some wild-looking catfish! What's the yellow one in front with all the spines? And that one on the center-right was really going after that pebble!
ReplyDeleteI'am glad to read the whole content of this blog and am very excited,Thank you for sharing good topic.
