I went to Barnes & Noble on Sunday morning to pick up a new yearly planner/engagement calendar for my husband and a 2022 almanac for myself. Since it wasn't crowded I decided to browse a little and maybe pick out something new to read. When I got to the cookbook section, look what I found!
One of the vegan cookbooks written by the son of our very own Yorkshire Pudding!

That is awesome! They are world renowned!!
Bosh across the pond!
Oh my! That is just so very cool.
So we are nearly related to someone famous - very impresive.
Let us know!
I hadn't realised we moved in such lofty circles!
Yay!!
I have not been browsing in a bookshop in ages and hope to be able to visit my favourite, The Little Ripon Bookshop, this summer.
My 2022 diary/calendar was a Christmas gift, so I could start entering appointments etc. already before the start of the new year. Isn't it wonderful to open a new diary/almanac, still empty and waiting to be filled?
How very cool!
I hope that you bought it?
That's very cool!
Very!
Seriously! If the book has found its way to Florence, SC....then it must be everywhere! :)
Southern Bosh!
I know, right?
I couldn't wait to take a picture to show Neil!
I know! I wanted to tell someone, "Hey, I know this guy's father!" but of course that would have been ridiculous!
And I did!
We really are an elite bunch! :) haha.
The appointment book was for Gregg's side business, to keep track of everything. I get him a new one every year. The almanac is the Old Farmer's Almanac, the same one I've been collecting for years and years. I love looking up sunrise/sunset times, meteor showers, visible planets, holidays, etc.
I thought so too.
No, I have no need of a vegan cookbook and rarely buy cookbooks at all unless they're old and vintage. I DID put it in a more prominent spot on the shelf, though!
It is!
hot dang.
That made me smile. Thanks for sharing Jennifer.
I bought a copy and plan to send it to my vegan niece for her birthday! Of course I am checking out the recipes first ........
